Can I amend my order?
We begin processing your order as soon as you submit it. However if you are quick we may be able to change your order. To do so, please contact us.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all of our products, and aim to have them with you within 3-5 working days.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently ship our products to the UK and Ireland only. However if you contact us we would be more than happy to arrange shipping to you in most circumstances.
Please note, that you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
What is your refund and returns policy?
Our refund and returns policy is as follows:
- If there are any errors with your order which are our fault then we have a duty to refund you or provide a suitable exchange.
- If your item is faulty or damaged, we will provide you with a suitable exchange or refund.
- If you have made an error whilst ordering, we can offer exchange or refund as long as you contact us within 14 days, and so long as the item returns in its original state.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in similar protective packaging.

We are always striving to add more products to our website, and can assure you we're working on it! If you have any ideas for designs or products you'd like to see we are always happy to receive suggestions, and who knows, you may even see one of your ideas come to life.
